If you have experienced those times when it seemed as if life was running out of control, whether it is stress, a worry, a fear or habit you are trying to control, you need your mind on your side, there are techniques to make this happen. You can learn these easily and apply them to become automatic. If you have ever learned to tie your shoe, you can do these techniques and they make life easier. Hey I left with an energized, motivated, connected and a hopeful feeling. Like big bits of those combined. I also felt that what you teach is useful in all aspects of life. Showing people the capability’s that they have within themselves. To change thought patterns, etc. Stuff people think they’re stuck with because they believe thats just how it is. Releasing the negativity. And rather than you teaching it like it is out of a textbook, you take a very different and natural approach, really including the people to feel exactly what they are learning. Like “hands on” You incorporated, what felt like to me, spirituality, meditation, hypnotism, a teaching lesson (how the mind works) as well as teaching and offering good mechanisms to use like grounding and how to be releasing negative feelings or thoughts from your body. How to stop the mind loop, reform programmed ways of thinking etc. All in one. It helped me to organize my thoughts. G.S.
